I recently animated a music video for the British band "The Subways" for their new song "My Heart is Pumping to a Brand New Beat".

P A N D R O I D

I invented the character of Pandroid on a trip to Scottsdale, Arizona two years ago accompanying the lovely Laura Benack to the SIFMA conference in which she worked and I sat by the pool and drew. Pandroid's story has been evolving gradually ever since. Pandroid has appeared in my sketch books many times, in addition to the occasional tee-shirt and mug. But until recently, he has only appeared in his static form. Over the last couple of weeks, I collaborated with my old college buddy, Herbert Russell to bring the little guy to life. So here he is in conversation with the Jazzwagon....I hope you like it.
